Hailing from North London, Riaz Dhanani has been on an unstoppable journey in recent years, gaining huge recognition and support from some of the biggest names in the game. While relatively new on the scene, Riaz has been silently honing his craft behind the scenes for years, and now his fresh and intuitive approach to production has caught the attention of the industry's heavyweights.
His passion for creating robust, peak-time beats knows no bounds, demonstrated by his impressive releases including tracks on renowned labels like VIVa Limited, Defected, ElRow Music, Lost Records, Low Res and NoExcuse, among others. His catalogue is set to expand further this year, with upcoming releases on Paco Osuna's Mindshake and Yousef's Circus Recordings, both scheduled for Autumn 2023.
2023 has been a huge year for Riaz. His music has been supported heavily by Marco Carola and Paco Osuna, the latter of which has locked in a 3 track EP comprising of 3 of the biggest tracks for Riaz to date. Regular plays at Music On, Circoloco, Nowhere and Solid Grooves to name a few, have earned rave reviews and admiration from industry artists such as Iglesias, Melanie Ribbe, Solardo, Matthias Tanzmann, Groove Armada, Sidney Charles, Lee Foss, De La Swing, Anthony Attalla, Richy Ahmed and more.
Catch him igniting the dance floors of the bets known venues in the UK, including Ministry Of Sound, Sankeys, 338, XOYO and 93 Feet East as well as abroad, where he holds a residency at the popular Amsterdam warehouse party, Binnin Plaats, and a summer residency for Audio Rehab at Eden, Ibiza.
