Purveyors of the quality deep groove, Dino & Terry provide a generous slice of dubbed funk indicative of many a late night session. This is a subtle concoction of house, funk, dub and jazz. ‘Motion’ glides into tranquility via a subterranean rhythm and rather abstract guitar stabs. ‘Morning’ proves to be a hard stepper via its raw percussive sound and arrangement, although the licks keep the groove steady. Lastly the ‘Moon Dub’ gloriously spins and loops like the mirror ball at Studio 54.
