Franksen goes back a long way in the history of Frankfurt’s electronic scene. Hosting Germany’s eldest radio DJ Show, today’s YOU FM Clubnight (formerly simply known as THE CLUBNIGHT), he represents electronic culture 360° since more than ten years. As a DJ, producer and music journalist he has sharpened his wonderfully versatile skills and his unique approach on an endless groove journey for 15 years.Franksen appeared on deep and techhouse labels from Suara or Dieb.Audio to WePlayMinimal, InCase Recordings, Salted Music and many more. Since 2009 he has released a string of fine tracks and the „Full House“ Album (Plastic City) with collabo partners (Tom Wax, D. Diggler).2012 is his time to go solo, putting even more emphasis on his his broad musical influences ranging from soul and funk to classic house, funky breaks and global textures which clearly round up his sound style. Two EPs are to come up this springtime, on renowned CIRCLE MUSIC and AMUSED Records! More to follow in summer, we guess...
