Bio

Yas Cepeda's house music draws on an earlier involvement with soul and other strands of Black music. Vocals remain central to his DJing and production, alongside the rhythms of contemporary house and Afro house. His career is closely connected to Madrid's club circuit, including appearances at Teatro Eslava. Releases through Sphera, Totem Traxx and Pata Pata extend that activity into the studio. An ongoing partnership with Mey Green has produced Spanish Lullaby and Una Noche Más, giving songwriting and vocal performance a sustained place within his club-oriented work.
