Chris Carrier is one of those rare kinds of artists that have an omnipresent quality and yet do not seek to make their name bigger than the music itself. You may not know it but there is a 99% chance you have experienced some dancefloor-based elation at the hands of the Parisian maestro. Releasing his first EP in 1994, he has over 20 years under his belt as a producer and DJ, with a huge back catalogue of releases. With all of that in his locker, Carrier remains ardent in his quest to create more and more classic material and is revered as one of the most prolific and gifted producers around today.

Phonique, the Berlin-based award-winning producer and label owner, reigns as one of Europe’s most in-demand and renowned house DJs. He has produced over 100 releases and remixes for acclaimed labels MoBlack, Dessous, Poker Flat, Crosstown Rebels, Stil vor Talent, Systematic, Bunny Tiger, Katermukke, Bar 25 Music and Superfett. His career first exploded in 2004 with club anthems “The Red Dress” and “For the Time Being”, but it was his track ‚Feel What You Want’ with its over 50.000.000 clicks on Youtube from his 2010 album, which earned him global recognition. Phonique’s four critically-praised albums attest to his evolving, diverse influences, deep knowledge of house music, and masterful intuition to serve the dance floor. While he is currently working on an acoustic album to be released in 2023/24, he released on Bar 25 Music, MoBlack, Sprinkler, Downtempo Love, Terranova, Do Not Sit, Ritter Butzke and his own label Zatar Music.
During the pandemic times in 2020/21, when Phonique had to put his 5-6 yearly South-American tours on hold, he didn’t shy away from producing. And with releases and remixes on labels from Bar25 to Oliver Koletzki’s Stil vor Talent and Kindisch, he was continuously crushing the charts at Beatport. On a side note with 5 different releases being put out on vinyl he also hit a new high within the past 10 years.

Always sitting slightly off-centre, Jay Tripwire is an artist that walks the line as industry staple and ever changing innovator,

releasing one standout release after another.

His signature fusion of deep Detroit textures and intricate rhythms has led a career spanning two decades,

with over 200 vinyl releases, 2 commercial mixed cd compilations, and four full length albums.

He remains one of the most prolific artists around, with an average of 15 releases per year.

He is an always an in demand remixer he averages 10-15 remixes per year.

In 2010 Jay Was honoured by being named by Future Music alongside Frankie Knuckles, Larry Heard, Charles Webster,

Atjazz, and Tom Middleton as being one of the most influentual Innovators in house music for “The thoughtful minimal stylings of Jay Tripwire.”

Most recently he’s completed a compilation mix for Steve Bug’s respected label Pokerflat –

‘Shaping Elements Vol.8’ which features a blend of deep house ranging from

Detroit inspired textures to modern European house and tech house fusions,

blurring genrefication. This follows releases on the label under his 8Channels name - a project that melds basic channel,

cosmic soul and dub into a new hybrid soundscape of techno, deep house and dub.

The moniker also appears on other highly regarded labels such as Ransom Note, Conya, NRK, Cinematic and Hallucination.

Whilst the term ‘legendary’ is often bandied about with little thought,

in Jay’s case we could say just that - his personal arsenal of re-edits and comfort in arranging extended DJ sets lasting eight hours or

more certainly demonstrates a talent that deviates from standard fare.

Jay also still supports,buys and plays vinyl, and actively seeks out records to play at gigs, when Tripwire is on the decks he plays a vinyl

and CD set.

Jay has made appearances in over 200 cities worldwide, and some of his most memorable gigs have been a decade of bookings at

Fabric London- a venue that has changed his approach to Djing, and production sound.

Jay’s work has been featured on numerous compilations, notably from Cocoon, Fabric, Renaissance, Journeys by DJ, Ultra & Bedrock,

and is supported by a diverse spectrum of dance culture from house luminaries

such as, Doc Martin and Kerri Chandler to techno legends Steve Bug and Laurent Garnier and John Digweed

With anticipated releases and remixes imminent, the Tripwire production wheel is still very much in motion,

and on its way to a turntable near you.

Mazi Namvar, more widely known by his pseudonym Audio Soul Project, is a notable figure in the house music genre, with a career rooted in the dynamic cultural landscape of Chicago. Since embarking on his musical journey in 1994, Namvar has made significant contributions to the world of electronic music, both as a producer and as a DJ. His work, encompassing a vast array of original compositions and remixes, reflects a deep engagement with the genre. As a producer, Namvar has demonstrated a nuanced understanding of house music, evident in his albums “Community” (2002) and “Hip Shake Heartache” (2011). These works, released under his Audio Soul Project moniker, reveal his adeptness in blending elements of deep house, disco, and more experimental sounds. His approach to music production emphasizes live performance, inventive synthesis, the use of analog equipment, creative sampling, and sophisticated drum programming, culminating in a sound that is both authentic and resonant. Beyond the studio, Namvar’s influence extends to the dance floor, where he has captivated audiences worldwide with his DJ sets. Over three decades, he has performed at prestigious venues across the globe, showcasing his enduring passion for and mastery of the art of mixing. Namvar’s role as a mentor and advocate within the Chicago music community is also noteworthy. Through his leadership in record labels such as Fresh Meat Records, Gourmet Recordings, and Afterhours, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the musical landscape and supporting emerging talent. In recent years, Namvar’s artistic evolution has continued with new releases on his Fresh Meat label, including EPs like “Simurgh” and “Beginner’s Mind.” His latest tracks, such as “My Desire” and “Love Forward,” stay true to the core principles of garage and house music, underscoring his commitment to the genre’s roots. Namvar, or Audio Soul Project, is not simply a musician but a steward of house music’s rich tradition and an inspiration to both his contemporaries and aspiring artists. His career is a testament to the enduring power and creativity inherent in the music that he represents.

Brett Johnson's sound is best known as groovy, bumping house with a hearty dose of techno elements, crafted and mixed in a way that is truly identifiable as his own. Whether DJing or creating music, his wild card is an ability to inject warmth and soul into his electronic sound. The result is an impressive discography filled with unique statements, otherworldly surprises, and undeniable club stompers.

Releasing his first record in 1999 on the now-defunct, Aesoteric Records, Brett has released over 100 records and remixes for some of dance music's best labels. The list includes Classic Music Company, Freerange, Crosstown Rebels, 20/20 Vision, Get Physical, Visionquest, Magnetic, Cynosure, Edible, F-Communications, Seasons; the list goes on and on. Aside from a busy remix schedule, Brett is currently releasing his own music on the labels Classic Music Company, Cynosure Recordings and a select group of labels.

Brett's DJ'ing career has had an amazing trajectory over the past couple of decades. He's traveled the world spreading his musical might to revered nightclubs and festivals like fabric in London, Panorama Bar in Berlin, Rex Club in Paris, Smart Bar in Chicago, Cocoon and the list goes on. Festivals include Scotland's legendary T In The Park, both the 10 Days Off and Dour festivals in Belgium, Les Rencontres Trans Musicales in France, Solar Festival in the Netherlands, together with tours throughout Asia, Australia and beyond.
