Bio

Mandragora approaches electronic music as an evolving language, moving from psychedelic trance into groove-led house without treating the two as separate identities. The Mexican-born producer, also known as Neto and holasoyneto, developed his Futureprog approach through the rave culture of northern Mexico and an interest in hip-hop. Goa trance, pared-back sound design and Latin American rhythmic influences form its foundations. Six years working in Brazil with Alien Records helped expand the project through albums, collaborations and festival performances. Now based in Toulouse, he balances his Futureprog live format with longer house sets that develop gradually around the groove. His performance history includes EDC Mexico, Rock in Rio, Dour and Garorock, while collaborations have brought him together with artists including 4i20, Beltran and Vini Vici. The ChaseWest collaboration Botega Vendeta extends his music into indie dance, and tracks such as Me Gustas introduce his own voice to Latin house. Beyond recording and touring, Mandragora launched the French event series Le Chat Rouge in 2025, curating guests and bringing the project to Paris's Rex Club.
