Bio
Jil Tanner brings together her work as a DJ, producer and singer in techno and progressive tech house shaped by forceful basslines, repeating hooks and her own vocals. Based between Berlin and Leipzig, she has played across Germany's club and festival circuit, including Sisyphos, Ritter Butzke and Kater Blau in Berlin, Fusion's Turmbühne and SonneMondSterne. Her productions have appeared on MOOD, Union Three, Hottrax and 3000Grad, with the Ravenergy EP marking her connection to Nicole Moudaber's MOOD label.
In 2022 Tanner founded K N KT as another outlet for her music and a meeting point for underground dance music. Her output there includes collaborations with Tonino, while Return to the Now on Union Three continues the connection between her vocal identity and club production. DJing, singing and running the label remain complementary parts of a practice rooted in the dancefloor.
