Asked what emotion he wanted his debut album to leave behind, Sabb answered with one word: joy. The Kosovo-born, Switzerland-based producer, whose name is Sabri Kastrati, released Radiant in 2018 as both a full-length record and the starting point for his own label and event platform. The timing marked ten years in his production career and gave him room to move beyond strictly functional club tracks. In the studio, he named the Moog Sub 37 and Little Phatty, SubBoomBass, Diva and UAD processing among the tools used on the album. He described Radiant’s guiding idea in equally practical terms: its releases should work in a car, at home, in a pub or on a dance floor. Sabb’s broader catalogue—including music connected to Moon Harbour, Saved, Noir and his own imprint—keeps that balance between strong rhythmic movement and a more spacious, emotionally open approach.
