Artist and sonic architect, mentor and founder of CLOSER.
For Maxim, music has always been more than just sound, it’s a language and a way of life.
Born and raised in Ghent, Belgium, he grew up crate digging in vinyl shops and absorbing the pulse of the underground where he learned the value of taking the long road.
Over the past 15 years he carved out his signature sound: deep, minimal and emotionally charged.
His music found its way into the sets of Solomun, Adriatique, David Guetta and Tale Of Us.
He earned his regular spots on major festivals like Tomorrowland, Extrema Outdoor and Dreamfields Mexico.
His belief in and love for electronic music now came to life in CLOSER, his own series of events and his newfound label.
