Dash Berlin is closely associated with vocal trance on the international festival stage. Till the Sky Falls Down, Man on the Run and Waiting established a sound built around memorable melodies, singers and large-scale club production, with Emma Hewitt among the project's recurring collaborators. Albums including The New Daylight and the We Are series expanded that work through Armada and Aropa.
The original partnership brought together DJ Jeffrey Sutorius and producers Sebastiaan Molijn and Eelke Kalberg. Subsequent changes mean the name's history encompasses more than one line-up. In July 2026, Sutorius returned to the Ultra Europe main stage as Dash Berlin, followed by Lonely Man with Simon Ward. He presented that release as a new chapter, retaining the melodic character of the earlier work while moving toward a more progressive trance sound.
