Bio

Josh Baker is a UK based producer and DJ that represents the new younger generations of emerging artists. It wasn’t until his teenage years when he found his love for electronic music. At first, DnB captured his attention however once being exposed to house music at 16 and then going to his first rave at Sankeys at 17 he was hooked. Since then, Josh played some spectacular gigs, including Parklike, Warehouse Project, Pikes Ibiza, Mint Club and many more. In 2015 he curated his first and very successful event brand You&Me, which soon became one of Manchester’s strongest underground parties. You&Me has expanded into other locations such as Leeds, Newcastle & Ibiza with many more parties to come. Over the past 12 months, Josh has worked on developing his productional skills which resulted in his recent release on the What NxT label with his track “Frustrated” that was premiered by Mixmag and played by Apollonia. His music was played by various successful DJ’s such as Enzo Siragusa, Barac, Yaya, Ben Rau, Rich NxT and Richy Ahmed to name a few. In the next year expect to see releases on the likes of See Double, META, Dighop, Hedzup and Adult Only.
