Sascha Braemer is no stranger to the global House scene, to which he has contributed with an enormous amount of tracks in the past decades like ‘No sense’ or ‘Forlorn’. It is rare to find those within this scene, who have not yet danced to ‘Caje’ or got the lyrics of ‘People’ spinning in their head.Saschas roots go back to playing at Raves in Berlin during the wild 1990s at the age of 20. He since has devoted his commitment and passion with a genuine love for what he is doing to house music in all its deepest forms.Besides building an impressive discography in the past years, he travelled around the globe to play various shows reaching from small underground clubs up to impressive crowds of thousands at Festivals such as ADE and Fusion. He lights up clubs and festivals with a pleasure driven mix of deep melancholic melodies nevertheless touchingly warm synth basslines. His sets are characterized by independently distinctive sounds, and so are his productions where he puts a lot of focus into details to create the sophisticated Braemer style.It is certainly a long list of international clubs to be mentioned, notably Hive (Zurich), Watergate, Bar25, Kater (Berlin), Nest (Toronto), Rex Club (Paris), Live Rca (Bangkok), Sunshine Nation Factory (Singapore) plus festivals, such as Feel, SMS, Time Warp, Sea You, Züich Openair, Love Family Park or DGTLHe started his well-known label Whatiplay in 2014 not only to give his own releases a platform, moreover to support like-minded young talents he continuously meets along his way. Sascha furthermore released on highly regarded labels such as Get Physical, Kindisch, Bar25, Katermukke, Stil vor Talent, Dirtybird, Parquet Rec., Universal Music, CR2 Rec., ITH Defected House or Compost. Being exposed to electronic music and inspired by many electronic musicians as a teenager, Mike developed his own perspective on music. He started his early musical journey by releasing his first vinyl E.P. at the age of 18 for the well known Substatic Records, a great kick for Mike that led him to have a second release in the same year at the Berlin based label, inviting positive feedback from majors like Dj Magda and Sven Vath.

Being under the radar for longer than two years, taking inspirations from different club scenes world wide and concentrating on producing, Mike returns in 2012 as « Mike Sharon » and releases his timeless record « I Feel You E.P » on Stockholm’s fresh underground house label Local Talk Records to became a big favorite for many on the dance floor cooking up a fresh and new deep house sound with a mind blowing inspirational vibe.

At that time, Mike makes his first tour of France and plays at tight venues such as Enfant Allechant and Le Rafiot, giving Mike the chance to explore and share new ideas with the local culture. Mike’s greatest ambition is to dedicate his work and passion towards building a new home forhis productions and a home to be for new artists sharing the same musical ideas.

The ambition manifested at end of the year of 2012 and revealed the « Ultra Knites Records » series along with UK based Dj Sem Marini. Both share the same vision and perspective.

Mike Sharon

Bushwacka!, aka Matthew Benjamin, has been DJing and producing for over 30 years. Starting out as a percussionist in the London School Symphony Orchestra, he was drawn into the Acid House movement in '88 and quickly became a fixture on the UK club scene. By 18, he held residencies at four major London clubs and was soon touring across Europe and the US.

As one half of the legendary duo Layo & Bushwacka!, he helped define the UK electronic sound with four albums, iconic tracks like "Love Story," and residencies at The End, Space Ibiza, and Warung Brazil. Their live shows and Shake It warehouse parties were the stuff of legend.
