Gianni Ruocco's route into house music began with Bogotá's house parties and clubs, then widened into production and event organisation. His early sets moved between techno and tribal house before a residency at the city's Metropolis club brought electro and house further into his repertoire. With the Uranobeat organisation, he also helped create opportunities for other DJs in the local scene.
That collaborative streak continues in his recordings. A long partnership with Le Roi Carmona sits alongside work with Guti Legatto and Arellano, while releases for Rawthentic, Blackflag and Happy Techno connect him with international house and tech-house circles. His I Wanna Feel You EP with Carabetta and DJ Dan is one example of that shared studio practice, extending a career that has linked DJing, production and organising since its early Bogotá years.
