About John Soulution

Bio

John Soulution's house music is grounded in a long relationship with the DJ booth. He began playing vinyl in 1997, developing a sound that moves through nu-disco, house and tech house before turning to his own productions in 2021. Groove and a direct connection with dancers remain central to both sides of his work. His partnership with Joaquin Phunk brought releases on Angelo Ferreri's Mood Funk and Monoside imprints. The two also run JACKIN, taking their musical partnership into events and festival performances. Alongside that shared work, Soulution's solo productions for Purple Music explore the vocal and soulful side of house.
