Bio

House is the centre of Miguel Puente's music, but travel has helped shape how he approaches it. Originally from Monterrey, he spent time in Chicago and Montréal before settling in Barcelona from 2008 to 2016. There he became involved with the Digital Delight crew, organising parties and helping establish a residency at Hotel Me. His production work balances raw, deep house with more minimal and abstract club rhythms, keeping groove as the connecting element. Releases on No.19, Akbal and Diynamic sit alongside that hands-on experience of building parties and reading dance floors.
