Bio
Laura van Dam works at the meeting point of progressive house, techno and trance, pairing melodic writing with a forceful club pulse. Based in Amsterdam, she has taken that approach to Tomorrowland, Ultra, EDC and Ushuaïa Ibiza, alongside releases for Anjunabeats, Armada and Zerothree. Her path began with a Blue Marlin Ibiza DJ competition win at seventeen, followed by electronic-music-production studies in Amsterdam. Capture Radio gives her a regular space to develop the musical storytelling of her sets and introduce emerging artists. The weekly show on SLAM also connects with her Capture Club Edits, reworks of old and new tracks made for radio and live performance.
