Over the last few years, Purple Disco Machine has emerged as one of the leading electronic producers of a generation. With over 650 million streams across his catalogue to date he continues to live up to the hype of #2 Beatport Artist of All Time. 2020 proved to be a stand out year. His single ‘Hypnotized’ has been an anthem the world over, accredited triple platinum in Italy, further gold accreditations across Germany, Poland, Switzerland and Austria, and making #2 European Airplay Chart. 2021 will see the release of his sophomore album which follows on from 2017 debut "Soulmatic". This album spawned the Europe-wide radio hit “Devil In Me” and the global club anthem “Body Funk” a feat he continued with "Dished(Male Stripper)" in 2018. Art Of Tones is Ludovic Llorca's more edgy and electronic project. Focused on House and Disco music, started as a side project in 2006 with a serie of EP's on UK iconic 2020 vision label, it quickly became Ludovic's highly regarded moniker. After a couple of EP's on “Room With A view”, followed by “Too Much” gaining significant critical acclaim, Art Of Tones EP's on We Play House and DFTD records received massive support across the global electronic music scene. Ludovic then started a faithful collaboration with Fred Everything's Lazy Days label and Local Talk Records, with a bunch of successful EP's. Among them, "The Rainbow Song" was a massive House-music anthem, playlisted everywhere and becoming one of Local Talk Records' most recognizable releases, while "Art Of Tones Collection" was the perfect summary of Ludovic's work on Lazy Days. Following a long list of EP's and remixes on various labels (Toytonics, Monoside, Papa Records, Wonderwheel, Shadeleaf, House Of Disco, Glitterbox...), Ludovic released his first Art Of Tones album "Unbalanced" in December 2018. Since then, he has been remixing for many labels (Toytonics, Jalapeno, MoodFunk, AtJazz Record Company, Dirtcrew...) and artists (Izo Fitzroy, Da Lata, Sebb Junior, Flevans, S3A, Kapote, Reel People...).

Mirco Berti a.k.a. BABERT was born on 26th August 1982 in Desenzano del Garda on the shores of the beautiful Lake Garda.

When he was 14, his older brother gave him a present that changed his life: a record player. From that moment on he developed a deep love and passion for music and especially House music which he was hearing in the night clubs clustered around the lake.

His passion for House music led him to learn the art of DJ-ing and In the 1990 after entering and winning a nationally famous Italian radio DJ competition, he met one of the most important DJ's in northern Italy, who took him under his wing and introduced him to the most important clubs and promoters in the region.

At just 19 years old Mirco became the youngest resident DJ at Queen Club in Verona, at that time one of the most famous clubs in Italy.

As a fanatic record buyer and DJ, Mirco was just dedicated to only the most recent House music until at the age of 21, he made his first trip to New York, when he fell completely in love with the music at the roots of House ; the sound of Disco. He lived in the city for a year and was able to hang out in the wider club scene and meet with the world famous Disco and House DJ's who inspired him.

Returning to Italy he resumed his career as a DJ, working throughout the Italian scene playing at world renowned venues such as Le Plaisir and Coco Beach where he was also for 4 years the Head Talent Booker.

It was during this time that Mirco made the jump to start producing his own music for labels such as Mazoom Lab, Flashmob and his own joint venture first label Solid State Disco, which he used to release his first disco edits.

As his edits became more and more famous and supported by the likes of fellow editors Dr. Packer, Late Nite Tuff Guy and Discotron, he decided to move on from Solid Sate Disco and founded Disco Revenge with likeminded local editors Ivan Jack and Dinero.
65 releases in, Disco Revenge is widely recognized as one of the leading disco edits label in the scene. Babert edits are much in demand and June will see his debut release on uber cool tastemaker London edits label, Midnight Riot.

Going forward, Babert is determined to spread his production wings beyond just edits and in 2018 has moved into producing original, sample tracks and remixes for the likes of Defected, Sleazy Deep, Club Sweat, Soulfuric, Nervous and Mood Funk.
