Solenoid

Solenoid returns to Black Hole Transmissions with his 3rd release for the label – Fracture. This 30-year Berlin-based techno veteran is on top form again with the release of Fractured. The EP kicks off with Feynman; a strong kick and twisted synth layered over those beats is unrelenting in style. Solenoid introduces this EP with a strong hitter. Track 2 is the title track of the EP, Fractured. Bubbling synth sounds with crazy sounding hats and deep vocal by Solenoid himself hits hard for the dancefloor. The 3rd track, Grind is exactly what is says. A grinding synth floating over deep sounding hats and beats. Hypnotic and deep and grinding its way through the track moves the body and mind. Perfect dancefloor beats and sounds. The final track, Simulated Decay, again strong beat infused synth sound with plucky synth sounds layered on top followed by deep hypnotic synth sequence that sends the dancer into a trance. Another dancefloor groove that retains its deep and hypnotic feel and the cutoff intensifies then returns to its original sound.
