With LAPS041, LAPS Recordings welcomes back Sascha Bouché from Hannover. Active since the early 2000s, Sascha has continuously shaped his sound, deeply influenced by Detroit and Chicago techno. After previously releasing on LAPS with a more restrained approach, he now returns with a noticeably harder and more raw sound than on his earlier releases on the label. The title track “Hope” sets the tone: driving yet loose, powered by a groovy bassline and dominant rave stabs that instantly evoke an old-school Hard Techno vibe.
