He doesn’t do quick, he does quality. New York based producer ECO makes a welcome return to the ASOT label, with the outstanding duo of ‘Walkabout’ and ‘The Calm’. 

Marcello Pacheco’s debut album ‘M(you)sic’ dates back 2 years, but his ways and means with electronic dance music are still on top of the game. His sounds have a rare distinction, and you’ll have a hard time finding anything like it. If anything – we’re happy he’s back with a new E.P., walking musical miles with the deep and emotional ‘Walkabout’. Its B-side, ‘The Calm’, is a well-balanced piece of rich details, soothing melodies and brilliant build-ups. This is ECO, back in shape.
