BHT005 – Solenoid - Vertical Drift Berlin’s Solenoid returns after last years Neural Implants release with this deep and hypnotic techno EP. Vertical Drift kicks off with the Title track Vertical Drift blending hypnotic beats with sporadic hats driving the track forwards at pace. Minimal and stripped back sounds elevate with plush synth lines laid over it. Track 2, Conflicting Ideas presents us with some of most deep and hypnotic beats pushing the trippy sound forwards to oblivion. A true dance floor kicker that is bound to impress. Unrelenting stuff. Track 3 kicks off with Vortex, a delight with haunting synth line fading in to build up the track. A truly synthesized for trance-like effect. Again, minimal and stripped sounds that really meditate and lift. For the 4th track Solenoid introduces is to Contact, dreamy and trippy synth sounds laid over a hypnotic beat and hat ensemble. A magnetic sound bound to draw you in to its space. The last track, Ritual shines with rapid acid synth sounds over a strong beat. Those synth sounds warp you into another dimension.
