To close out the year, LAPS Recordings returns to its roots with the Founders EP - a statement release showcasing the diversity and identity of the label through its founding members. Van Kost opens the EP with “Dawn”, a groovy and progressive blend of Minimal House and Techno. Built around layered polyrhythmic synths, the track evolves into a hypnotic, flowing groove that sets the tone perfectly. On “X303”, Ekko delivers a dark and driving Peak-Time Acid Techno weapon inspired by late 2010s acid aesthetics. Experimental sound design, a deeply emotional breakdown and a powerful club-focused drop make this track a true dancefloor highlight.
