Valentin Zad

Warp Dissonance lanza su catálogo WDS013 que nos llega desde (Dortmund, Alemania) de la mano de Valentín Zad. El artista Aleman nos aporta un trabajo de cuatro cortes al que da nombre de (Lucidal Collapse). Un trabajo muy bien estructurado por el y en cada una de las obras se refleja el gran talento de Valentín Zad. 1. Coda Ending. Es con el corte que abrimos este trabajo, un corte para oídos muy exigentes donde el track te invita a cerrar los ojos, viajar y sumergirte en lo más profundo. El sonido analógico, la presencia del Kick contrapeado marcando el ritmo una atmósfera que se desliza en todo el recorrido de la producción, la aparición de un vocal distorsionado y arreglos múltiples hacen que Coda Ending sea también una pista para la escucha en determinados momentos. 2. Hypocampus. Espectacular este corte con un groove que te invita a bailar constantemente; en este caso Valentín Zad juega con cambios de intersección, el cual crea un dinamismo expectante a lo largo de todo el corte. Podemos apreciar cómo el artista juega con un bassline muy bien automatizado e incorpora sonidos hipnóticos y ambientes texturizados. 3. Paranoyd. Un corte muy potente para la pista de baile. Un profundo subgrave y un synth ácido e industrial se apodera de todo lo que aparece en su camino, los arreglos de pad simultáneos y linear presente de percusión hacen de Paranoyd sea una gran obra. 4. Lucidal Collapse. Es el corte con el que cerramos este trabajo y el que da nombre al EP. Valentín Zad nos aporta esta obra en la que queda reflejadas las raíces del artista al introducir matices del sonido berlinés, sonido crudo y robusto, con arreglos arpegiados sin perder la esencia hipnótica y de club.
