In a masterful convergence of sonic minds, Dunchyk and Linear Phase have joined forces to unleash their new collaborative EP on Fading Shapes. This two-track release, is a powerful exercise in deep, hypnotic and raw techno, showcasing the distinct yet complementary styles of both artists. FSSPSv2 is a testament to the power of meticulous sound design and a shared vision for immersive, dancefloor-focused music, extracted from a long modular jam. The first track, “A Punto De” is a swirling vortex of rhythm and texture. Dunchyk’s signature percussive precision lays a rock-solid foundation. The track builds with a slow-burning intensity, each layer adding to a palpable sense of tension and release. Its a track designed for the darkest hours of a club, where the only focus is the hypnotic pulse of the music. On the B-side, Linear Phase unleashes an electrifying surge of new energy and a vibrant tapestry of synths with “Tundra”, taking the core elements of the improvisation and amplifying them, weaving in intricate, driving synth lines that propel the track into a more euphoric and expansive dimension.
