Sticks & Stonez made their debut release on Glitterbox Recordings earlier this year with the stunning ‘You’re My’, featuring rising star Liv East on vocals. Illustrating the East London duo’s capability as producers, the record took influence from modern house and disco, creating a blissed-out track that transported its listeners to hazy summer days. This new package features the original along with two new remixes. As Simon Dunmore has previously said of Larse’s remixing abilities, “it’s exactly as it should be, providing a completely different vibe to the original.” This remains the case with the German maestro’s mix of ‘You’re My’, as swirling synths and syncopated drum work ready the track for the dancefloor. Up next is the turn of Brooklyn based duo Dave + Sam, who are recent additions to the Classic Music Company family. Weaving in luscious instrumentals, Dave Giles provides an additional spoken vocal adding an extra dose of cool to this essential summer record.
