Described variously as an innovator, a champion of soulful house music and a true DJs DJ, Terrence Parker has touched and inspired many hearts over the course of his long and illustrious career. A Detroit pioneer for a style of music that perhaps doesn’t naturally fit with his city of origin, Parker has thrived on pushing boundaries both in the studio and behind the decks, and his latest album, ‘Life On The Back 9’, further cements his legacy. Previously released on Carl Craig’s seminal Planet E Communications, this new edition of the album includes a number of previously unreleased and limited-release cuts, with stunning remix contributions from the likes of Louie Vega, Carl Craig, Marc Romboy and Marc Flash.
