The first release on Waterframes is dedicated to the mental health. "All In My Head" gathered in itself all the feelings Bert has gone through for the long years. 

Bert has been struggling with his mental health problems for several years, that is why the conditions of a global pandemic leading to the total isolation and the general unsustainable situation in the world were mentioned in the musical material. Overcoming the mental problems and a new search for oneself have become a keynote of the release.

"All In My Head" speaks to the fear and loneliness of battling mental illness, as well as the courage and strength of those who fight this battle every day.
