Wax on Tracks continues to establish itself as one of the most forward-thinking labels in the indie dance and melodic techno scene with its upcoming release by César Landö and Tonerrr. Two artists who, from their own trenches, have masterfully explored the most hypnotic and energetic sides of contemporary club culture. The Noche Cósmica EP is a statement of sonic identity across five cuts, moving from introspective landscapes to high-intensity grooves. It opens with “Meditate”, a deep, immersive track built around spatial atmospheres and ritualistic percussion — perfect for those emotionally charged transitions on the dancefloor. Next is “El Ritmo de la Noche”, a futuristic reinterpretation of tribal house with pulsating basslines and vocal samples that evoke the spirit of clandestine raves. The third track, “Voces”, sees them team up with Plasticwine, delivering a psychedelic, progressive journey where vocal textures blend with modulated synths, creating a dense, narcotic atmosphere that invites collective hypnosis. To complete this sonic manifesto, two remixes shape the EP’s closing narrative: ROB-IIN takes “Meditate” into a deeper, dubbier, and more mental territory with a minimalist structure and enveloping pads. While Malaventurado transforms “El Ritmo de la Noche” into a raw, industrial-tinged groove, driven by sharp percussion and a relentless pulse.
