ALISHA

Fast-rising, up and coming Tech House DJ and producer, ALISHA, is the name on everyone’s lips at the minute. Having already secured releases under her belt on Green Velvet’s Relief Records, Kaluki Musik, HIPPIES, Criminal Hype and Under No Illusion and receiving acclaimed support from heavyweight DJs including Hot Since 82, Mark Knight and Nic Fanciulli. We’re pleased to welcome her to Danny Howard’s Nothing Else Matters family with her debut ‘Existence’ EP. Kicking things off is the title track, a record which entices listeners with its intricate percussive rhythms, rise and fall bassline and expertly crafted samples with underlying hooky vocal licks. ‘Equaliser’ closes the EP, delivering more crisply mixed percussion, a pulsating low-end, electrifying vocal stabs, laid back house drums with hip swinging claps and a playful bassline which brings the energy straight to the club.
