Next up this August on Nothing Else Matters we bring you a release we’ve been super excited to share from an artist we’ve been a fan of for a while now, please welcome Brighton based DJ, producer and vocalist, Bklava, with her NEM debut release, the ‘Anywhere With You’ EP. 

Despite only making her emergence onto the scene at the tail-end of 2019, Bklava has already announced herself as one of the hottest prospects in Dance music. With regular support from BBC Radio 1’s Jaguar, Sarah Story, Pete Tong and label boss, Danny Howard, her music exhibits her expansive vocals paired with irresistibly smooth beats, and it’s this formula that dictates her unique live performances, where she can be found singing and seamlessly mixing at the same time – quite the impressive feat! Part of an exciting new wave of artists, Bklava has already performed alongside some of the scene’s most up-and-coming artists and with a monthly Rinse FM show and heading up a female and non-binary DJ platform called Spin Suga, Bklava shows no signs of slowing down just yet! 

The ‘Anywhere With You’ EP showcases Bklava’s signature sound, intricate percussion layered with Bklava’s captivating vocals, punchy drums, gritty basslines and euphoric synth and chord work throughout, resulting in two fast-paced weapons, soon to be tearing up dancefloors the world over!
