Summer 2014 and Backdrop is very happy to welcome to the fold Joe Nebula and his
Back2You Recordings. With the label making waves since 2008 releasing remixes of
the likes of 4 Hero and a certain Nebula II, the crew come steeped in electronic music
history and it shows on this new collaboration with the equally experienced Rachel
Wallace. Beautifully hand-crafted, soulful summertime drum & bass fresh for 2014.

Joe Nebula's 'Twisted World' is a lashing of thick drums, 303 acid twinges and Rachel's
searching vocal dripping over the mix, making for a deep, rootsy D&B excursion perfect for
late night listening. Silent Code then lets rip on the remix, adding a deft uplifting dance floor
vibe that'll have 'em reaching for the sky. Big and brash, anthemic drum & bass ready for
those long festivals nights ahead.

'Warp Factor' by contrast brings the lights down low for an R&B-infused slice of utterly
mesmerising electronic music. Rachel's vocal soothes your moves, sitting aloft the delicate
drum work and ethereal pads as we're carried off into a land of sunsets and beautiful
melancholy. Whilst Crisis turns in a more club orientated refix, this one's guaranteed to be in
your head for the foreseeable. Essential.
