 The Continuum EP is the next release from the Close2Death label, with the UK imprint smashing its way into 2015 with another huge slab of the finest neurofunk. 
 Symptom has had previous releases on C2D as well as Breakizm Audio, Good News Boppers, and Crash Course, and always approaches his music with purpose, professionalism and passion. Never was this truer than on the four tracks of the Continuum EP, on which he drops some of his finest music to date. The entire world is taken, remoulded and recreated by Symptom on the Continuum EP.
 First up is Hunted, on which an awe-inspiring intro leads into an insistent beat, all surrounded by creepy atmospherics and flashing, descending electronics. This soon drops into a brain-crushing main section, complete with maddening synths and extinction-level alarms. Sonically inventive, as with all of Symptom's tunes, this one is set to be massive. Cyclone is equally impressive, pounding into your body and soul so much you'll be begging for mercy, as the beats and bass erupt out of the mix around a central line which is one part pneumatic drill and one part crazed herd of locust. Unique, fresh and utterly addictive, you'd better call a doctor.
 Symptom has always had that ability to capture exactly what he wants in music, and does so on the next track, Beyond This Place. Building slowly from its origins, the tune soon finds its groove, running along with a perfect blend of old skool-Metalheadz vibe with plenty of new ideas and approaches added in. You'll find it impossible not to move along with this one, as the producer dishes up a perfect slice of dancefloor action.
 Closer Corrupt, with Durban, is one massive piece of music. Crushing beats, pounding low end madness, and more than enough attitude are all in the mix, with punching synths and a sneering, dominating view of the universe. Symptom lifts things up, and drops them right down with a perfect end to the EP.
 C2D have done it again, this time with the Continuum EP.
