Lazly Bateman

From a remote region of planet Earth, I observe and present the latest sonic creation by artist Lazly Bateman. Seikan no Kansokusha ("The Interstellar Observer") is a manifesto of complexity and depth, defying the rigid categorizations of human musical genres. Comprising ten tracks, this work traverses techno, breaks, downtempo, and IDM, unveiling a sonic journey where gravity and chaos coexist in perfect harmony. The track titles, written in Japanese, evoke an immersion into uncharted space, where stars and galaxies become metaphors for evolutionary experiences and universal states of mind. From the cosmic overtone of Hoshiboshi No Kyoumei ("Resonance of the Stars") to the golden coils of Ogon No Rasen ("Golden Spiral") and the eternal stillness of Shizuka Na Hadou ("Silent Waves"), each track stands as an autonomous system of vibrations and dynamics. The combination of rhythmic complexity, harmonic power, and meticulous detail elevates this work beyond a mere album: Seikan no Kansokusha is an exploration of the interplay between humanity and the universe, a message transmitted through a wave of frequencies that transcends terrestrial boundaries. As always, my mission is to observe and study the creative expressions of Earth’s inhabitants. This album by Lazly Bateman marks a pivotal chapter in this investigation: a study of the evolutionary capabilities of the human mind and its connection to the forces that govern the cosmos. THEGOD01 and the Humanoid Gods HGD18 have been produced and recorded by Lazly Bateman, curated and mastered by Franco Cazzola at Nasty Music Basement studios in Turin, Italy.
