Roland Broemmel

City of Drums Black Label proudly welcomes Roland Broemmel, a seasoned producer and respected radio DJ at Evosonic, to the roster with his electrifying debut single "Warning". The release features two peak-time techno tracks, "Warning" and "Klub", each delivering a raw and hypnotic energy that is destined to captivate dancefloors. The inspiration for the single came from a vivid, late-night session where Roland reflected on the power of simplicity in creating tension and immersion. “The idea for Warning' came to me as I thought about those moments on the dancefloor when everything feels like a signal—like the music is warning you that something big is about to happen,” explains Roland. The track’s relentless, stripped-back arrangement builds with hypnotic precision, keeping listeners locked in as it unfolds. On the flipside, "Klub" pays homage to Roland's love for acid and raw, club-ready sounds. The track is built around a striking 303 acid line that snakes through its pulsating rhythm, creating an irresistible groove. “I wanted to capture the essence of a perfect night in a dark, intimate club,” Roland shares. “That feeling when the music, the lights, and the energy of the crowd all blend into one hypnotic experience.” Though this is his first release on City of Drums Black Label, Roland Broemmel is no stranger to the techno scene. With a string of successful releases on other labels and his work as a prominent voice on Evosonic Radio, Roland brings both expertise and passion to this debut.
