The EP begins with the title track, Shake It', a 126 BPM groovy techno cut that commands attention. With its driving rhythms, gliding synths melodies, and low-pitched vocal chops, the track strikes a balance between atmospheric depth and floor-shaking energy, making it a versatile addition to any DJ set. The second track, 'Mutatio', sees Julian Koerndl collaborating with Severin SU on a mesmerizing breakbeat journey. Featuring expansive pads, drone-like synths, and a vocal singing “always on my mind, always in my head,” the track weaves a haunting, reflective mood that contrasts with its intricate rhythms. Rounding off the EP is a remix of 'Mutatio' by ALADAG, who transforms the original into a four-to-the-floor late-night anthem.
