Genesis Music continues to connect Valencian artists of different styles and eras with this Cracovia EP by the new production team, Nyespla. It presents three original tracks that aim to cover part of the groups musical concerns with a wide spectrum of electronic music, giving shape to a kind of first mini-album. 'Berlin Mon Amour' opens the EP by putting us in the situation and warning that we are going to hear something different. This first track is electronic music without barriers, hypnotic and irreverent, halfway between deep Chromatics and the more introspective Underworld. In 'Berlin Mon Amour' you listen to layers and layers of sounds and voices in and out almost imperceptibly over a powerful and enveloping bass. With 'Lelesedé' we move to the dance floor. The lyrics of the song tell us in Valencian the effects of this well-known drug. It presents a very marked percussion, with infinite samples and melodies of liturgical acids. It shows that both the song and the substance are very addictive. For the remix, we have the artist NiZ, also from Valencia, but based in Barcelona for several years. She reinterprets the piece, taking it to faster technoid field. She preserves the voice and part of the melody, to which she gives a super special treatment, taking it to a realm of percussion and dance that is his trademark. Last but not least, we have ‘Premio’. Deep sounds, an enveloping bass and several sharp synths make up a song that vindicates the band itself. After a lifetime of chasing your dreams, you now realize that you are the prize.
