Faded Music is proud to present the debut album of Australian Drum & bass artist KAI Producer / DJ / Engineer, Kane Aaron Ivory has spent the last decade crafting his own unique sound and building a solid following.  After a string of successful drum and bass releases including his debut single “Clamped” & “Awake in the Night” via Flexout Audio, Kai went on to release across various labels such as Peer Pressure recordings, Basswerk recordings, Violation Music, Broken Trax  and more recently Faded Music. His music has been supported by the likes of Dj Marky, SPY, DJ Bailey, Icicle, Kenny Ken, Quadrant, Spectrasoul, Fre4knc, Amoss, Mikal to name a few. The debut full length album from KAI is out now on Faded Music - 22 Months. “I know for certain that we never lose the people we love, even in death. They continue to participate in every act, thought and decision we make.” 22 Months is a selection of music produced during life’s hardest journey.  This is an eclectic and diverse collection of tracks that chronicle one man’s search for answers and reflection. From the sombre & challenging “Song for Beau”, 22 Months switches gears to feature tracks like the contagious dance-floor melodies on “Step Forward” and also features collaborations with the critically acclaimed Future Engineers on “In Motion” and label boss Fade on “Float Down”. “Sadly, the most painful goodbyes are the ones that are left unsaid and never explained. 22 Months is an intensely personal album and yet speaks to us all. There is no footprint too small to not leave an imprint on this world”
