Jeremy’s Wang latest release on the Berlin based imprint Konstruktiv stands out as the embodiment of his creative vision, that is to create powerful music that works perfectly on the dancefloor as it does for home listening.

The hard-hitting Dual Generator sets the tone with stormy drums and heavy bass lines which morph together into an acid infused dancefloor stomper. R1 continues from where Dual Generator left off, but mellows down the mood with a melodic intro, only to throw you back again into a relentless whirl of gritty broken beats. Next off is the rework from label’s boss, Rekord 61, which showcases once again an uncompromising approach to techno, through an intense and at times introspective remix which allows you to easily lose yourself on the dancefloor. The apogee is reached with Speechseq5, as dark and powerful as the rest of the tracks, but with mechanical piercing beats which create an industrial infused soundtrack for a dystopian alternate reality.

Out on Konstruktiv on September 5th, the Dual Generator EP is a rewarding release, a proof of the label’s impeccable taste.
