Matara

The first release from the new label White Rose comes from Matara. The track “Royal Way” revolves around a hypnotic riﬀ, serving as a solid and repetitive foundation, like a sonic mantra that guides the entire piece. On this steady structure, a rhythmic vocal and a sharp synth alternate, enriching the song with moments of contrast and tension. “Selecta” is characterized by a pulsating, entrancing energy, where the percussion takes center stage, accompanied by a dark and vibrant synth bass. The bass enters with an almost metallic rhythm, blending seamlessly with the drum sounds. The title is evoked within the track through a male voice, adding an extra layer to its intense rhythmic atmosphere. The track “Freedom” blends tribal rhythms with electronic sounds, featuring a bouncing bass that vibrates in the background, while a rhythmic and energetic synth intensifies the movement. Vocal chops interchange with a powerful repetition of the word "Freedom," which becomes a central element of the piece.
