London based artist 'Jaskin' is making his Ambra Recordings debut with ''That Way EP''.
A sturdy package of ominous Drum & Bass sounds that have a soundtrackish feel to them.
The title track is tough effort that uses strong drum-programming and soothing synth
sounds to cover a lot of ground. The back bone is a vocal sample that is cleverly returning
a only a few times but therefor has great impact. ''In Your Eyes'' is a work of cinematic proportions.
The collaboration with fellow Londoner ''Uneven'' is beautifully orchestrated and yet has serious
dance floor qualities. For the third track in this package, Jaskin delivered another solo work called
''Feel It''. A female vocal is supported by rolling drums and a soaring bassline that build slowly
towards the pinnacle. That Way Ep is available through all specialized retailers starting June 4, 2018.
