Shodan

Shodan is absolutely no stranger in the scene, he had some fairly big tracks in the mid 2000's along with DJ Phantasy on labels like Ganja Records, Trouble on Vinyl, Bassment Records & Easy Records, but then he disappeared for a few years. We are more than happy that he came back this year and grateful we were one of the first to receive some great tunes from him. "Everythings Eventual" is an easygoing, fluffy and calm tune despite driving light beats, which together with melancholic piano chords, a beautiful deep bass line and reverberant instrumental interjections, sets the mood for autumn. "Extension" represents the harder side of Shodan's music producer know-how with distorted and creaking bass layers, some deep and mysterious sounds and changing beat patterns. You shouldn’t miss this fine release!
