Error Etica

Víctor Martínez aka Error Etica is one of the most prestigious producers of the Spanish techno scene, a seasoned veteran in electronic creation with a career spanning several decades whether as a producer, live artist or DJ. His works have seen the light on his own label and on many of the fundamental labels of the techno world, including our label, where he returns with a complete album of eleven songs, a sample of his breadth of registers within the most elaborate electronics.

From his small laboratory located in the La Rioja area, he replicates the ancient art of creating the best wines in the form of musical production, with an exhaustive knowledge of electronic tools and instruments to convey his timeless message.

This work moves from experimental landscapes full of precise details to elastic techno exercises for the busiest hours of the club, passing through risky forays with distortion as a fundamental weapon or broken rhythms. All of this varnished with a very IDM aftertaste that reflects his passion for the most intricate sounds of the British electronic tradition of artists like Autechre.

The result is a coherent soundtrack of a dystopian, intricate and mental future, a musical ecosystem that travels through unknown places, coming from the mind of an artist who translates with his machinery a complex and distant inner world, which is also capable of transporting to the stages with genius in one of the most dynamic Live Acts on the scene.

We are very pleased to be able to give the form of an album to this work of concept that brings to our catalog the dose of intelligence necessary to distance ourselves from the rest of the seasonal techno planet.
