Tamara Wellons

Tamara Wellons' fourth album, Months of Sundays, reveals itself to the world with its first single, 'You Are.' With the original production done by the masterful Maurice 'Piranhahead' Herd; Ocha steps in to take on a series of remix packages and bring Tamara's brilliance into the club.

First up are the 'Coflo Remixes'.  Two remixes with two very different feelings; once again showcasing Coflo's constant growth and versatility in his approach to house music.

The 'Coflo remix', plays to the original arrangement and sonic characteristics of the original production ideas.  Filled with soul, R&B, beauty and grace. This mix is rearranged and re-harmonized for Coflo's vision of a cypher in full ascension of dance-floor energy.

'Coflo's tumbador mix', takes a left turn and goes drum heavy.  Produced to be heavily focused on syncopation with an overabundance of conga heavy fills.  Oscillating bass-lines and a re-imagined chopped hook; Coflo transforms Tamara's original vocal ideas into a new call and response dance-floor idea.

Both versions also have an instrumental available for you long mix DJ's that like to get creative with your tool set.

We are beyond happy to bring back Ocha family and the original Queen of Ocha's early days Tamara Wellons for these remix packages.  We know you are gonna dig this; we can't wait to hear you beatin' it out!
