Klute

In the mid 1990's Tom Withers aka Klute was establishing himself in the world of Drum & Bass and Electronic music. Using many aliases and monikers such as Klute, The Spectre, Dr. Know, Supertouch, Forensic etc, Override, for a brief period of time, became Klute's primary moniker, releasing mostly on Ninja Tune and fledgling hipsters Octopus Records. Concentrating on a more leftfield electronica style Override turned the ears of many, such as the Aphex Twin, Talvin Singh, Plaid and Colin Newman from Wire.
