In a context where haste and instantaneity lead to any form of art, personal relationships, or cultural content becoming increasingly empty and devoid of care, craftsmanship, or patience, it is surprising that a Techno producer debuts after years of maturing their sound in the shadows, eventually distilling a mature album worthy of some of their influences. In this "Renacer," we find a comprehensive exercise in hopeful dystopian Techno with a certain emotional charge that takes us on a winding journey from start to finish, where each of the tracks fits perfectly within a specific timeframe of the night. We begin with "Sueño Desvanecido" a perfect intro: atmospheric, futuristic, and robotic, with Spanish vocals laying the conceptual groundwork for what the EP will be. Do you catch glimpses of understanding them? We continue with "Renacer," Techno in its purest state for concrete bunkers exuding the concentrated sweat of the victims who have fallen into its spider web, eagerly awaiting rebirth after an endless dance session. "Las Máquinas del Olvido" eases the tension with mental sequences and Sci-Fi bleeps for master DJs who construct their sessions with skill and patience. "Anhelo" is perhaps the highlight of the EP, with the perfect bass and percussion force to bring any dance floor in the world to ecstasy, accompanied by a synthesizer that breaks free from the grid, generating a unique emotional tension in the late hours of the night. And we come to "Anhelo (Emotional Mix)," whose name says it all… Atisbo amplifies the muscle of the original track and infuses it with a sharp sequence that will penetrate the minds of clubbers as the lights come on, signaling that they are ready for a rebirth.
