Julian Bainbridge

Flight to Sanity' by Julian Bainbridge, produced entirely during the first week of December 2025. Inspired by a new phase in life and access to new music production instruments, the EP is a approach to get out of the box and make use of a few tools to lay the foundation of a track and adding the DAW simply to sprinkle additional sounds and of course to polish the mix. Influenced by Chicago House and Detroit Electro, the track "Flight To Sanity' was produced using a Roland TD-8 Rhythm Composer for drums, a Arturia Minifreak for bass, chords plus fx and a Behringer TD-3-MO which provided the acid line. Additional samples were added later in Ableton live. For the track 'A New Day' additional samples from a vocal recording for a guided meditation were added and drums in Ableton plus strings from Analog Labs V.
