We are heading with AE009 and these 2 bangers into autumn and welcome Variflex as a new contributor on Audio Emissions. Variflex is a projected created by Frank Kusserow (White Noise/ GMR/International Deejay Gigolo) and Rob back in 2010 and they had their debut release on Kiddaz FM in 2011, formerly run by Holgi Star and DJ Emerson. Variflex have developed a minimallistic but pushing techno style rooting directly back to the 90´s where both of the heads behind the project enjoyed everlasting nights at Frankfurt´s infamous OMEN. Again, as per Audio Emission´s concept, both trax on AE009 have been jammed with love on the modular wall, are mastered by Mike Humphries (Mastertraxx) and are ready crowd tested and approved. „Malan“ is a techno influenced track with a straight forward groove and a horny stab and quirky percussion pattern by Rob & Bo. “S2_TR5“ is Variflex’s contribution with a heavily evolving ARP-sequence, pushing bassdrum and a stylish break to make the crowd go crazy... Looking at Rob´s taste for groovy techno, both track are flavored with the whipping 909-ride - obviously Rob‘s trademark, the White Noise, is - as usual - not being forgotten. Rob has been shaping his first imprint - Audio Emissions - and a series of 12 EPs is planned across the year. Joining forces for the label management with friend and studio companion Bo Irion, we will see and hear productions straight outta Frankfurt. Let´s kick it!
