Rawbert Bartholomew Bossington III aka Rawb Boss is a class act. Born and raised on dirty dance floors, Rawb grew up peering anxiously over shoulders trainspotting the hottest tunes. He finds musical inspiration in life's simple things; allowing creative joy to flow freely.  Known in the underground scene as the "Peanut Butter Lover", Bossington unleashes his first single as a preview to his debut album on the iconic Yoruba Records. His sonic inspirations can be heard coming from various decades of psychedelic masterpieces, giving way to a unique and forever changing vocal centrepiece. In some cases Rawb is poetry; in others he is intergalactic funk. For his first release he has partnered with his mentor and Yoruba artist, Coflo. A two track lead off EP titled ‘Come From / Coafeelia’.  His collaboration with Coflo on the title tune, ‘Come From’, exudes heavy percolation with direction by way of a poem about reciprocity and admiration to those who gave birth to the musical chimera. On the digital flip side is ‘Coafeelia’.  The title tune for Rawb's upcoming album sharing the same name, ‘Coafeelia’ can be described as a deep, wobbly and moody off brand up tempo tune about the inner monologue of peering eyes while enjoying fine cognac rested on 100 year old live-edge cedar bar tops. ‘Coafeelia’ also gets the remix treatment by Stefan Ringer and label boss Osunlade, with both adding their own unique ear-catching vision to the track. One thing is for sure, the Yoruba Records family is no stranger to creative endeavours and the Rawb Boss imprint is taking full advantage of that artistic freedom.
