The 4-track EP opens with the title track “Gta Love Story”, a beautifully orchestrated thumping groove machine with an infectious melody. It reminds you of those times driving through San Andreas listening to San Fiero. Hans Oberlander would definitely jump onto this. Also take time to appreciate that smooth break down towards the end of the track. “I Feel Love” is a straight down the middle progressive groover with no signs of stopping. That arp melody just keeps going until the chords hit and the entire thing molds into a lovely feeling of embrace. A bright lead bridges the gap until we go back up a notch into love round 2, then 3.. “Arizona” is a real anthem and brings that UK edge to the EP. The lead vocals are uplifting and elevate you into the spiritual realms of dance music. The arps keep pusing and the drums groove on and on with the snare rolls hitting hard and giving a raw energy to the track. It is dreamy, uplifting, deep and forward all in one. The closer “Future Talk” has that futuristic minimal vibe nailed down. The drums are very tribal and give a great rhythm foundation. A future of perfect synergy between man and machine. Don’t let the machines fool you, we have the rhythm nailed down, they just do the work. This track complements that concept beautifully.
