David Reina

Warp Dissonance le da la bienvenida a otro de los grandes productores de la escena techno española, hablamos de David Reina. Natural de Córdoba, Andalucía, dirige su propio sello, Legend 1997 y a lo largo de su dilatada carrera también ha publicado sus obras en sellos como Axis Records, Warm Up recordings, Semantica records, Subsist records, Induxtriall Records entre otros. Para su debut en Warp Dissonance nos presenta (ILLUMINATION EP). Un trabajo compuesto de cuatro cortes repletos de sonidos futuristas tan característicos del artista creando un ambiente rítmico cuidado al detalle. 1. El primer corte al que da nombre al EP es Illumination. Un Track con una gran presencia de graves y sonidos profundos acompañado de un ambiente muy sutil que discurre a lo largo de todo el tema. 2. Non-Human Pulse. Un frenético synth al que el artista va modulando a lo largo de todo el trabajo y dando ritmo líneas de hat y rider muy bien ecualizadas hacen de Non-Human Pulse un track muy bueno para jugar con él. 3. Entropy. Sin duda es uno de esos cortes que te transportan a otra dimensión con un sonido hipnótico que transcurre a lo largo del corte acompañado de un ambiente que te invita a flotar en la pista de baile, un bajo melódico envuelve a todo el proceso y pequeños toques de claps anuncian la llegada de los rider dando un movimiento muy limpio y conservando toda la dinámica hipnótica. 4. Floating. Cierra este trabajo una intro perfecta para un inicio o final de set. Los agudos con distorsión y esos subsonidos alejados del presente creando una inmersión mental a un mundo de extraterrestres.
